block/io: turn on dirty_bitmaps for the compressed writes

Previously was added the assert:

  Author: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
  Date: Thu Oct 18 16:49:18 2012 +0200

Now the compressed write is always in coroutine and setting the bits is
done after the write, so that we can return the dirty_bitmaps for the
compressed writes.
