blockdev: check for BLOCK_OP_TYPE_INTERNAL_SNAPSHOT_DELETE

Browse source 
The BLOCK_OP_TYPE_INTERNAL_SNAPSHOT_DELETE op blocker exists but was
never used!  Let's fix that so snapshot delete can be blocked.
