ci: Automate container building in Gitlab This removes the need to manually build and push out the Docker images for the build. This step is now in GitLab CI itself.

pwcat: simple native playback/record tool pwcat is analogous to pacat of PulseAudio which implements both playback and recording capability. Only wav files are supported for now, and you can use the handy pwplay and pwrecord aliases for easy use.
