Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo 5b3cde1988 Revert "perf record: Reduce memory for recording PERF_RECORD_LOST_SAMPLES event"
This reverts commit 7d1405c71d.

This causes segfaults in some cases, as reported by Milian:

  ```
  sudo /usr/bin/perf record -z --call-graph dwarf -e cycles -e
  raw_syscalls:sys_enter ls
  ...
  [ perf record: Woken up 3 times to write data ]
  malloc(): invalid next size (unsorted)
  Aborted
  ```

  Backtrace with GDB + debuginfod:

  ```
  malloc(): invalid next size (unsorted)
  Thread 1 "perf" received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.
Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
