Thomas Gleixner 057b184a00 [POWERPC] Spinlock initializer cleanup 
Use DEFINE_SPINLOCK instead of initializing spinlocks to
SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED, since DEFINE_SPINLOCK is better for lockdep.
