Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult 4f44e8aeaf powerpc/Kconfig: Clean up formatting 
Formatting of Kconfig files doesn't look so pretty, so let the
Great White Handkerchief come around and clean it up.

Also convert "---help---" as requested.
