Ingo Molnar 32fea568ae timers, sched/clock: Clean up the code a bit 
Trivial cleanups, to improve the readability of the generic sched_clock() code:

 - Improve and standardize comments
 - Standardize the coding style
 - Use vertical spacing where appropriate
 - etc.
