Jing Huang ed96932470 [SCSI] bfa: enable basic PBC support
The patch includes the driver side changes to enable basic PBC (PreBoot
Configuration) feature.
- Data structure changes and new definitions for PBC.
- APIs to access PBC info.
- Remove unused code.
