Guenter Roeck 46dce7a195 hwmon: (ina209) Use permission specific SENSOR[_DEVICE]_ATTR variants
Use SENSOR[_DEVICE]_ATTR[_2]_{RO,RW,WO} to simplify the source code,
to improve readability, and to reduce the chance of inconsistencies.

Also replace any remaining S_<PERMS> in the driver with octal values.

The conversion was done automatically with coccinelle. The semantic patches
and the scripts used to generate this commit log are available at
https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches/hwmon/.

This patch does not introduce functional changes. It was verified by
compiling the old and new files and comparing text and data sizes.

Joe Schaack bdaf9c40b2 hwmon: (ina209) Handled signed registers
The shunt voltage and current registers are signed 16-bit values so
handle them as such.

Javier Martinez Canillas 0b7abe59be hwmon: (ina209) Add OF device ID table
The driver doesn't have a struct of_device_id table but supported devices
are registered via Device Trees. This is working on the assumption that a
I2C device registered via OF will always match a legacy I2C device ID and
that the MODALIAS reported will always be of the form i2c:<device>.

But this could change in the future so the correct approach is to have an
OF device ID table if the devices are registered via OF.
