Sync up with mainline to get device tree and other changes.
The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.
Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:
"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]
sizeof(flexible-array-member) triggers a warning because flexible array
members have incomplete type[1]. There are some instances of code in
which the sizeof operator is being incorrectly/erroneously applied to
zero-length arrays and the result is zero. Such instances may be hiding
some bugs. So, this work (flexible-array member conversions) will also
help to get completely rid of those sorts of issues.
This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

Certain keyboards have their top-row keys intended for actions such as
"Browser back", "Browser Refresh", "Fullscreen" etc as their primary mode,
thus they will send scan codes for those actions. Further, they don't
have a dedicated "Fn" key so don't have the capability to generate
function key codes (e.g. F1, F2 etc..). However in this case, if
userspace still wants to "synthesize" those function keys using the top
row action keys, it needs to know the physical position of the top row
keys. (Essentially a mapping between usage codes and a physical location
in the top row).
This patch enhances the atkbd driver to receive such a mapping from the
firmware / device tree, and expose it to userspace in the form of a
function-row-physmap attribute. The attribute would be a space separated
ordered list of physical codes, for the keys in the function row, in
left-to-right order.
The attribute will only be present if the kernel knows about such mapping,
otherwise the attribute shall not be visible.

This patch makes use of cros_ec_cmd_xfer_status() instead of
cros_ec_cmd_xfer(). In this case there is no advantage of doing this
apart from that we want to make cros_ec_cmd_xfer() a private function
for the EC protocol and let people only use the
cros_ec_cmd_xfer_status() to return Linux standard error codes.

When reading key state from SCU, the response data from SCU firmware
is 4 bytes due to MU message protocol, but ONLY the first byte is the
key state, other 3 bytes could be some dirty data, so we should ONLY
take the first byte as key state to avoid reporting incorrect state.

The first generation i.MX6 processors does not send an interrupt when the
power key is pressed. It sends a power down request interrupt if the key is
released before a hard shutdown (5 second press). This should allow
software to bring down the SoC safely.
For this driver to work as a regular power key with the older SoCs, we need
to send a keypress AND release when we get the power down request irq.

We have added polled mode to the normal input devices with the intent of
retiring input_polled_dev. This converts gpio_keys_polled driver to use
the polling mode of standard input devices and removes dependency on
INPUT_POLLDEV.
Note that we still keep polled and non-polled gpio-keys drivers separate,
as they are different enough and mixing them up would make the code pretty
confusing.

i.MX8QXP is an ARMv8 SoC which has a Cortex-M4 system controller
inside, the system controller is in charge of controlling power,
clock and scu key etc..
Adds i.MX system controller key driver support, Linux kernel has
to communicate with system controller via MU (message unit) IPC
to get scu key's status.

In case the interrupt line is not available, polling can be used
to read out the state of the keys. Period of the polling needs to
be configured by the poll-interval DT property.

There is a bit of mess between cros-ec mfd includes and platform
includes. For example, we have a linux/mfd/cros_ec.h include that
exports the interface implemented in platform/chrome/cros_ec_proto.c. Or
we have a linux/mfd/cros_ec_commands.h file that is non related to the
multifunction device (in the sense that is not exporting any function of
the mfd device). This causes crossed includes between mfd and
platform/chrome subsystems and makes the code difficult to read, apart
from creating 'curious' situations where a platform/chrome driver includes
a linux/mfd/cros_ec.h file just to get the exported functions that are
implemented in another platform/chrome driver.
In order to have a better separation on what the cros-ec multifunction
driver does and what the cros-ec core provides move and rework the
affected includes doing:
- Move cros_ec_commands.h to include/linux/platform_data/cros_ec_commands.h
- Get rid of the parts that are implemented in the platform/chrome/cros_ec_proto.c
driver from include/linux/mfd/cros_ec.h to a new file
include/linux/platform_data/cros_ec_proto.h
- Update all the drivers with the new includes, so
- Drivers that only need to know about the protocol include
- linux/platform_data/cros_ec_proto.h
- linux/platform_data/cros_ec_commands.h
- Drivers that need to know about the cros-ec mfd device also include
- linux/mfd/cros_ec.h

In the previous patch we didn't mask out event_type in case statement,
so switches are always picked instead of buttons, which results in
ChromeOS devices misbehaving when power button is pressed.
This patch adds back the missing mask.

We don't need dev_err() messages when platform_get_irq() fails now that
platform_get_irq() prints an error message itself when something goes
wrong. Let's remove these prints with a simple semantic patch.
