2f7055c593 [MIPS] MIPSsim: Fix booting from NFS root 
MIPSsim probably doesn't have any sort of environment, but writing
a zero in it kills even the compiled in command line. This prevents
booting via NFS root.

f6e2373ad6 [MIPS] MIPSsim: Move code away from the other MIPS Inc. BSP code. 
It shares no code at all.  While at it also fix up the beginning bitrot.
