Bill Pemberton e829cf961b ath5k: remove __dev* attributes
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As result the __dev*
markings will be going away.

Remove use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst,
and __devexit.

Axel Lin 5b0a3b7eb3 net/wireless: use module_pci_driver
This patch converts the drivers in drivers/net/wireless/* to use
module_pci_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.

Paul Gortmaker 9d9779e723 drivers/net: Add module.h to drivers who were implicitly using it
The device.h header was including module.h, making it present for
most of these drivers. But we want to clean that up. Call out the
include of module.h in the modular network drivers.

Pavel Roskin e0d687bd9d ath5k: merge ath5k_hw and ath5k_softc
Both ath5k_hw and ath5k_softc represent one instance of the hardware.
This duplication is historical and is not needed anymore.

Keep the name "ath5k_hw" for the merged structure and "ah" for the
variable pointing to it. "ath5k_hw" is shorter than "ath5k_softc", more
descriptive and more widely used.

Put the combined structure to ath5k.h where the old ath5k_softc used to
be. Move some code from base.h to ath5k.h as needed.

Remove memory allocation for struct ath5k_hw and the corresponding error
handling. Merge iobase and ah_iobase fields.

Sedat Dilek b7ee1d01c5 ath5k: Fix modinfo does not list alias -> pci-id lines
The AHB bus support patchset moved the table "Known PCI ids" from base.c
to pci.c - unfortunately, MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() was not transferred.
With this fix 'modinfo ath5k' lists the alias -> pci-id lines, again.
