Hauke Mehrtens d9ae4f18c0 MIPS: Lantiq: Activate more drivers in default configuration 
This activates the following functionalities:
* SMP support (used on xRX200)
* PCI support
* NAND driver
* PHY driver
* UART
* Watchdog
* USB 2.0 controller

These driver are driving different IP cores found on the supported SoCs.

Hauke Mehrtens 16190b3639 MIPS: lantiq: Refresh default configuration 
Just generate a configuration based on this default configuration and
store it again. This removed some old configuration options.
