Querycap shouldn't set the version field (the core does that for you),
but it should set the device_caps field.

lml33dpatch is boolean. So, the possible values are
true or false.
Instead of using if (lml33dpath), just use
if (!lml33dpath).
That allows a faster mental parsing when analyzing the
code.

Currently, if the norm set is V4L2_STD_ALL, then autodetect the current
standard and use that. This is non-standard behavior, and in fact it hasn't
worked for a very long time: before s_std is called in this driver, the
v4l2 core will mask it with the tvnorms field. So even if the application
passes V4L2_STD_ALL, the zoran driver will always see a subset of that.
Since nobody ever complained about this we just remove this non-standard
functionality.

The only part of proc_dir_entry the code outside of fs/proc
really cares about is PDE(inode)->data. Provide a helper
for that; static inline for now, eventually will be moved
to fs/proc, along with the knowledge of struct proc_dir_entry
layout.

This ioctl is defined as IOW, so pass the argument by value instead of by
reference. I could have chosen to add const instead, but this is 1) easier
to handle in drivers and 2) consistent with the s_std subdev operation.

The most visible changes here are death of FS_REVAL_DOT (replaced with
"has ->d_weak_revalidate()") and a new helper getting from struct file
to inode. Some bits of preparation to xattr method interface changes.
Misc patches by various people sent this cycle *and* ocfs2 fixes from
several cycles ago that should've been upstream right then.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*

This kind of memcpy() is error-prone. Its replacement with a struct
assignment is prefered because it's type-safe and much easier to read.
Found by coccinelle. Hand patched and reviewed.
Tested by compilation only.

Instead of having 3 options to allow customizing the media
sub-drivers (tuners, I2C drivers, frontends), merge all of
them into just one.
That simplifies the life for users, as they can just keep
this untouched.
Life for developers is also simpler, as there's now just
one Kconfig item to remember, for the ancillary sub-drivers
providing supports for chips that could change from one
board design to another.
