Yang Yingliang 1004c346a2 clk: sp7021: fix return value check in sp7021_clk_probe()
devm_platform_ioremap_resource() never returns NULL pointer,
it will return ERR_PTR() when it fails, so replace the check
with IS_ERR().

Kees Cook f316cdff8d clk: Annotate struct clk_hw_onecell_data with __counted_by
Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by
attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have
their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS
(for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family
functions).

As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct clk_hw_onecell_data.
Additionally, since the element count member must be set before accessing
the annotated flexible array member, move its initialization earlier.

This is expected given the types of the input. Increase the size of the
temporary variable in HWM_FIELD_PREP() to eliminate the warning, which
follows the logic of commit cfd6fb45cf ("crypto: ccree - avoid
out-of-range warnings from clang") for the same reasons.
