Ard Biesheuvel 9205b94923 crypto: arm/sha2-ce - move SHA-224/256 ARMv8 implementation to base layer 
This removes all the boilerplate from the existing implementation,
and replaces it with calls into the base layer.

Ard Biesheuvel 006d0624fa crypto: arm - add support for SHA-224/256 using ARMv8 Crypto Extensions 
This implements the SHA-224/256 secure hash algorithm using the AArch32
versions of the ARMv8 Crypto Extensions for SHA2.
