MIPS: generic: Don't explicitly disable CONFIG_USB_SUPPORT

Browse source 
Leave CONFIG_USB_SUPPORT at its default, allowing board config fragments
to make use of USB drivers without needing to override it & trigger
warnings from merge_config.sh.
