NFS: Avoid a deadlock in nfs_release_page

J.R. Okajima reports the following deadlock:

INFO: task kswapd0:305 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
"echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" disables this message.

We can fix this by making the call to put_nfs_open_context() happen when we
actually remove the write request from the inode (which is done by the
nfsiod thread in this case).
