f2fs: fix wrong calculation of block age

Currently we wrongly calculate the new block age to
old * LAST_AGE_WEIGHT / 100.

Fix it to new * (100 - LAST_AGE_WEIGHT) / 100
                + old * LAST_AGE_WEIGHT / 100.
