MIPS: Use memblock_add_node() in early_parse_mem() under CONFIG_NUMA

Browse source 
Use memblock_add_node to add new memblock region within a NUMA node
in early_parse_mem() under CONFIG_NUMA, otherwise the mem parameter
can not work well.
