kunit: replace KUNIT_TRIGGER_STATIC_STUB maro with KUNIT_STATIC_STUB_REDIRECT

static_stub header. Just correct KUNIT_TRIGGER_STATIC_STUB to
KUNIT_STATIC_STUB_REDIRECT which is documented.
