tty/serial: atmel: Use uart_console() helper

Browse source 
Use uart_console() helper in instead of open coded variant.

Note, SERIAL_CORE_CONSOLE is selected by SERIAL_ATMEL_CONSOLE,
thus no functional changes expected.
