Bruce Evans eb646a7515 Use `make' loops instead of shell loops to install things. This fixes ... the verbose output for `make -s install' and gives nicer output for `make install' and `make -n install'. This method should be used more. Install meteor and startslip. In fact, install all subdirectories except CVS.
