Warner Losh 4d846d260e spdx: The BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier is obsolete, drop -FreeBSD 
The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch
up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.

Emmanuel Vadot 9ddaa99d9d Add backlight(8) 
This tool is used to configure registered backlights.
It can incr/decr (default to 10%) or accept a percentage value directly.
