Bruce A. Mah a115467462 Add Belkin USB 2.0 High Speed Host Controller to the USB controller
list.

Note that this (and the very similar NEC uPD 9210) will attach with
the ehci(4) driver if available.

Bruce A. Mah dfce5e2692 Add (somewhat overdue-ly) lmc(4) and ida(4) devices to the hardware
list.
