I think this fixes the "magic is same" problems that some
people have been experiencing.
The man page is being rewritten. It'll follow soon.
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
2.Implment Redail function as working correctly.
3.Clean up a code as I notice.
4.Now, RTT getting close to 50ms with ISDN/TA 38400bps !!
