It was originally in contrib, and moved to usr.sbin in 6692aa840c1f; I always thought lib would make more sense but never got around to moving it.

SSL_CTX_set_ecdh_auto is deprecated and has no effect (for reference see
2ecb9f2d18).
As unbound's config.h is manually maintained just turn off
HAVE_DECL_SSL_CTX_SET_ECDH_AUTO so that the deprecated function won't
be called.

The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch
up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.

Don't force /etc/ssl/cert.pem. It does not exist by default, only if
security/ca_root_nss is installed. Just use the default OpenSSL search
locations which are /etc/ssl/cert.pem and /etc/ssl/certs/.
The tls-system-cert option was added in Unbound 1.16.0.

FreeBSD src does not support HAVE_DECL_EVSIGNAL_ASSIGN. While reviewing
the new config.h after regenerating it, this definition was not removed.
Updating config.h is a manual process of configuring the port and
copying/merging the generated config.h into src. This definition was
missed and not removed (#undef'd).

The last number of unbound upgrades failed to manually update the
version strings in usr.sbin/unbound/config.h. This commit fixes that.

Mainly focus on files that use BSD 2-Clause license, however the tool I
was using misidentified many licenses so this was mostly a manual - error
prone - task.
The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.
No functional change intended.
This is not properly respecting WITHOUT or ARCH dependencies in target/.
Doing so requires a massive effort to rework targets/ to do so. A
better approach will be to either include the SUBDIR Makefiles directly
and map to DIRDEPS or just dynamically lookup the SUBDIR. These lose
the benefit of having a userland/lib, userland/libexec, etc, though and
results in a massive package. The current implementation of targets/ is
very unmaintainable.
Currently rescue/rescue and sys/modules are still not connected.
