Subject: [PATCH] Forced commit to note that the previous commit also did the
 following: - document the (new MI, old MD) `halt' command - document the (new
 MI, old MD) `reboot' alias - remove documentation of the removed `registers'
 command.  The `r' alias   for `reset' is now prevented better by the
 ambiguity between `reset' and   `reboot'.
