Fixes from OpenBSD:

Add $Id$
Removes temp file exploits in gzexe (predictable filenames)
Fixes some typos
Fixes a buffer overrun in gzip -S
Don't prepend /usr/local/bin to path in scripts
Correct location of /usr/share/misc/termcap
