Remove entries for the following devices as their drivers are gone:

rdp(4), le(4), stl(4), stli(4), ctx(4), spigot(4).

Take a guess that the following devices correspond to removed drivers
and blow their entries away too: "Genius and Mustek hand scanners"
(gsc(4)?)  and "GPB and Transputer drivers" (gpib(4)?).
