config.mk: Add MK_VIMAGE knob

Default to VIMAGE as yes.
Add VIMAGE to __DEFAULT_DEPENDENT_OPTIONS (to define VIMAGE_SUPPORT)

Only output VIMAGE to opt_global.h when VIMAGE support is wanted.
