all: unify comment style for SPDX-License-Identifier tag
...
Our coding style recommends C style comments (/* */) instead of C++
(//). Also, systemd (which we partly fork) uses C style comments for
the SPDX-License-Identifier.
Unify the style.

all: reformat all with new clang-format style
...
Run:
./contrib/scripts/nm-code-format.sh -i
./contrib/scripts/nm-code-format.sh -i
Yes, it needs to run twice because the first run doesn't yet produce the
final result.

It seems to complicate things more than helping. Drop it. What we still have
is a wrapper around plain g_dbus_connection_signal_subscribe(). That one is
trivial and helpful. The previous wrapper seems to add more complexity.

We are going to use GDBusConnection more instead of GDBusProxy. Hence,
these two functions are the standard repertoire and used over and over.
Their arguments are complicated enough to warrant a small helper.
