Bborie Park dea913f123 Renamed rt_raster_dump_as_wktpolygons() to rt_raster_gdal_polygonize(). Refactored rt_raster_gdal_polygonize() to use LWPOLY objects instead of WKT strings. Also added cleanup code to make invalid dumped geometries valid.
