Tobias Koenig 98000ff903 Add some nice features for presentation mode:
- cursor modes: visible, hidden, hidden with delay
  - automatic advance
  - loop on last page
  - default transition

I know it's quite late in the release cycle, but the code is stable and kpdf rocks!
