If a symlink points to another file, we should use that file as
canonical source for bookmarks, it doesn't make sense to have two
different sets of bookmarks for two paths that are essentially the same
file

find . \( -name "*.cpp" -or -name "*.h" -or -name "*.c" -or -name "*.cc" \) -exec clang-format -i {} \;
If you reached this file doing a git blame, please see README.clang-format (added 2 commits in the future of this one)
Since unfortunately some of the autogenerated includes don't pass the
checks we do a trick of building out of source and then specifying the
.*/okular/.* path as the only includes we care about
This should avoid any bookmark loss due to premature crash or similar abnormal closing.

BUG: 213206
Also, the above change triggers the D-Bus synchronisation of the internal bookmark manager of the various Okular instances;
react to those changes properly by updating the own info (because of the changes in the bookmark manager of another instance).
BUG: 216239
On the technical note, keep the cache of known file just with the bookmark address instead of the group itself
(which gets changed behind our back).

Adding a BookmarkManager class that takes care of handling them in a proper way.
Adding a new tab in the sidebar to manage them:
- shows all the bookmarks in all the documents, or just in the current document
- cliking on a bookmark will bring to that bookmark, loading the document if necessary
- editing a bookmark title is possible either using F2 or right click -> Rename
- right click -> Remove to remove a bookmark
The only way to add new bookmark for the moment is the "old" way, ie right click -> Add bookmark, and it's not possible add more than one bookmark per page (but the system does not limit that).
The whole system should not be too difficult to understand, I will check with our usability master Florian next days.
