Christophe Prud'homme 6c1144398e added support for freetype2, t1lib and paper 
now pdf files generated by pdflatex look GOOD !

see configure.in.in for details(rip off from xpdf and minor changes
to define HAVE_[]_H properly

added the usual .cvsignore stuff
