7abb0d5b09 libview: Fix transformation of view coordinates 
Fix transformation of view coordinates to Evince's
document coordinates for rotated pages.

This fixes placing of annotations on rotated pages.

ab687f7fa4 EvSearchBox: make buttons don't grab focus on click 
Avoid the fact that clicking on 'previous match'
and 'next match' buttons steal keyboard focus
from the main view.

We already do this for other toolbar buttons.

f2212d6a50 backends: drop use of deprecated poppler_page_get_selection_region 
poppler_page_get_selection_region was deprecated in Poppler 0.16.
Instead, use poppler_page_get_selected_region. The changes in this
commit do not have any behavior change, but the use of the
non-deprecated function allows for some code simplification.

849391303e shell: Add a placeholder text when annotations has no content 
In the annotations sidebar, the annotation looks empty if
the annotation has no content. We add a "No Comment" in italic
as placeholder.

dff100c005 shell: remove 'annotate-selected-text' action 
which was used in the EvView context menu, and
use instead 'highlight-text' action, which
provides the same functionality (highlighting
selected text) but with the added bonus of
showing the keybinding (Ctrl+H) in the context
menu.

In case the action was disabled for the context
menu we need to enable it back again when
closing the menu and returning to normal view,
we do that in the menu "hide" signal handler.

155e1726ab ci: Let the lint job be lenient 
Some MR may fail because the coding style of some files do not
follow minimal coding style, regardless whether those lines are
actually part of the MR itself.

Hence, let start with a lenient lint, and in the future re-assess
whether to keep it lenient or switching it strict failure.
