Russ Cox d9c9665f1d liblink: fix field tracking
The USEFIELD instructions no longer make it to the linker,
so we have to do something else to pin the references
they were pinning. Emit a 0-length relocation of type R_USEFIELD.

Fixes #7486.

The header files under this directory are strictly internal to the gc
toolchain, so please don't copy them to the system include file
directory (/usr/include, /usr/local/include, etc.)

Also note that they must be kept as is in $GOROOT/include, or cmd/dist
will malfunction.
