Cuong Manh Le 6fa0437958 [dev.typeparams] cmd/compile: add documentation for unified IR pipeline
While at it, also rename "useUnifiedIR" to "unified", to be consistent
with "-d=unified" and "GOEXPERIMENT=unified".
