Robert Griesemer	d93f02010c	cmd/compile/internal/types2: only mark variables as used if they are ... Marking variables in erroneous variable declarations as used is convenient for tests but doesn't necessarily hide follow-on errors in real code: either the variable is not supposed to be declared in the first place and then we should get an error if it is not used, or it is there because it is intended to be used, and the we expect an error it if is not used. This brings types2 closer to go/types. Robert Griesemer	53c4c17b09	[dev.typeparams] all: merge dev.regabi into dev.typeparams ... The files below had conflicts that required manual resolution. The unresolved conflict in noder.go was just in the import declaration (trivial). All the other conflicts are in tests where the ERROR regex patterns changed to accomodate gccgo error messages (incoming from dev.regabi), and to accomodate types2 in dev.typeparams. They were resolved by accepting the dev.regabi changes (so as not to lose them) and then by re- applying whatever changes needed to make them pass with types2. smasher164	60736733ec	cmd/compile: return assignment mismatch error in var declarations ... Some var declarations return "extra expression" or "missing expression" errors when they should return “assignment mismatch” instead. Change the returned error messages to exhibit the desired behavior. Fixes #30085.
