cmd/compile: inline closures with captures When inlining a closure with captured variables, walk up the param chain to find the one that is defined inside the scope into which the function is being inlined, and map occurrences of the captures to temporary inlvars, similarly to what is done for function parameters. No noticeable impact on compilation speed and binary size.
