Martin Kustermann 9761ccff6f [dart2wasm] Remove runtime blob to/from js string helpers, use JS<>() instead ... This removes the special runtime blob for string conversions, instead we make 2 functions for conversions use our built-in `JS<>()` support. This will allow specializing the implementation in a future CL.
