Ivan Posva c822c34af6 - Add DEBUG_ONLY and NOT_IN_PRODUCT macros. 
- Remove user_name_ field from RawClass using macros.
- Consolidate "#ifndef PRODUCT" and "#ifdef DEBUG" code using macros.
