This change moves inferred types of incoming arguments to a separate metadata. Incoming argument type may be different from inferred type of a parameter variable as parameter variable could be modified in the method body. This is a preparation for adding inferred types of captured variables - parameter variable can be captured and can have both inferred type of incoming argument and inferred type of a captured variable.
