Stephen Adams 5ff2459d88 Remove obsolete internal dart2js annotations
These annotations have all been replaced with @pragma('dart2js:xxx')
versions:

@ForceInline, @NoInline, @NoThrows, @NoSideEffects, @AssumeDynamic.
