Decorate Zone, Future, Completer, Timer and Stream with newly-introduced pragma to make sure that message verification stops earlier, produces shorter retaining path for the user. Dart Web: For programs targeting the web, Dart Web includes both a development time compiler (dartdevc) and a production time compiler (dart2js).
