lrn@google.com 4e8426a5b4 Remove some exceptions from mock.dart. 
This is the first step towards removing mock.dart and all non-patch files
from dart2js.

utils Added support for layout render tests. These use expected values for the text render output from DumpRenderTree. When running a test in DRT the testrunner will see if there is a file with a .render extension in the same directory as the test file and with the same base file name. This is the repository of the Dart programming language and its associated
tools, libraries, and samples.

Here's a brief guide to what's in here:
