With the addition of records, it now makes sense to create an API
for parallelizing of futures of different types, like `Future.wait`
does for collections of same-typed futures.
The `wait` getters here apply to tuples of 2-9 futures of distinct types, which should be enough for most reasonable uses.
Planned addition for Dart 3.0.

The implementations are doing the right thing, but the tests are
slightly off:
- The CFE doesn't report unreachable case warnings because they are
non-fatal warnings, so remove those expectations. (But analyzer does,
so continue to check that analyzer reports them.)
- The CFE reports shared case variable errors at a different location.

The precedence-based pattern parser can understand a unary pattern
inside another unary pattern (e.g. `_ as int as num`) or a relational
pattern inside a unary pattern (e.g. `> 1?`), but the specification
prohibits these constructions because they're difficult to read and
not very useful.
This change updates the implementation to match the spec, by producing
the appropriate error. The offset and length of the error cover the
inner pattern, so it should be easy to construct an analysis server
quick fix that inserts the necessary parentheses.

The logic for parsing types has special disambiguation rules for
deciding whether a trailing `?` should be included in the type, based
on what token(s) follow the `?`. In the case where the token that
follows the `?` is `when`, we need to look further ahead to
disambiguate, to distinguish `PATTERN as T? when guard` from something
like `EXPRESSION is T ? when : otherwise`.
(Note: an alternative implementation would be to disambiguate based on
whether we're parsing a pattern or an expression. But in the future I
want to move toward an architecture where expression parsing and
pattern parsing are combined, so that if the parser makes the wrong
decision about whether it's looking at a pattern or an expression,
error recovery will do a better job. So I'm disambiguating based
solely on what follows the `?`.)

The listener API for variable patterns is split into three separate
functions, to handle the three separate behaviors:
- `handleAssignedVariablePattern` for variable names appearing in an
assignment context (these assign to an existing variable upon a
successful match).
- `handleDeclaredVariablePattern` for variable declarations appearing
in a declaration or matching context (these cause a new variable
name to come into scope).
- `handleWildcardPattern` for wildcards in any context (these don't
capture the matched value).
Also, responsibility is shifted to the parser for reporting the
following error conditions:
- VariablePatternKeywordInDeclarationContext (e.g.
`var (var x) = ...;`)
- PatternAssignmentDeclaresVariable (e.g. `[x, var y] = ...;`)
Previously these errors were detected by the implementations, and
weren't fully covering all possible error scenarios.
In the case of VariablePatternKeywordInDeclarationContext, the
listener method `handleDeclaredVariablePattern` is called instead of
`handleAssignedVariablePattern`. This ensures that no tokens are
dropped from the analyzer AST. The CFE uses the `inAssignmentPattern`
argument of `handleDeclaredVariablePattern` to distinguish this error
recovery case from a legitimate declared variable pattern.

SendPort/ReceivePort/RawReceivePort become interface classes as there
are existing implementations of those classes (e.g. `package:isolate`
has `Multiplex*Port` classes those).
Since Capability is implemented by SendPort it also becomes an interface

All remaining classes become final - we can always be less restrictive
in the future if needed.
It seems good practice to also add modifiers to private classes (one
reason is that private classes can be exported via e.g. typdef).

Changed the classes to store induced modifiers on `isBase`, `isFinal`, and `isInterface`. If one of these getters are true and `isSealed` is true, then we assume it's an induced modifier. (Since a class or mixin cannot be both sealed and another modifier).
There's a subtle change here where the induced modifiers are only marked on sealed classes which means that classes that subclass/subtype non-sealed classes won't get any base or final errors. This will also affect how lints will be reported -- at the next erroneous subtype and not downstream from that type.
Also, the context messages now point to the class with the explicit modifier inciting the error.

This reverts commit 49f85335d5.
Reason for revert: Fixes the original breakage by adding an explicit
cast for the map function that's used to compute positional args
of the stub. Adds refactoring to better separate out the logic
between procedure-level and invocation-level lowering configs.
Also refactors optional argument functions so that they can use the
invocation-level lowering configs created in this CL. Also fixes
a small issue where object literal constructors wouldn't work in
dart2js if the surrounding library didn't have a @JS annotation.

Does not remove the manual error checking, so some errors will show up

This turns on the flags for these two language features and makes
them generally accessible.
Doing so causes a number of tests to fail, but the failures are
approved and there are filed issues for them. Most of the
failures are minor or only affect code using the new language
features.
This CL:
- Enables the features in experimental_features.yaml.
- Re-generates all of the various files generated from that.
- Makes some analyzer and front end changes that this CL
inherited from Paul's original CL flipping all of the 3.0
feature flags. I don't know what these changes are about, but
I assume they are necessary.
- Pins a couple of tests to 2.19 since they deliberately test
behavior that is specific to 2.19. (For most test changes, I've
landed them separately, but there are a couple of stragglers
in this CL.)
This doesn't enable "class-modifiers" or "sealed-types" and doesn't
include the core lib changes related to those.

Removes some unnecessary experimental release versions, as well as bringing up to date the generated files, which were previously out of sync with the yaml file.

This avoids virtual calls for `runtimeType` (unless the user overrides

using the table instead), which saves a huge amount of space in the
global dispatch table.
It also fixes record runtime types, which now use the masqueraded
types for its fields, rather than the (possibly user-overridden)
`runtimeType`.
A masquerade case was missing for `Type`, which has been added.

Make intent explicit for classes which are intended as interfaces,
or which are not intended to be subclassed.
Mainly classes which are pure interfaces are marked as such,
and platform-specific classes not intended for subclassing
are made `final`.
The `final` classes includes `BigInt`, which is written to assume
that arguments inherit its private members
(it runs `_ensureSystemBigInt` on arguments).
It also includes the `Expando`, `WeakReference` and `Finalizer` classes,
which are just intended as stand-alone implementation classes for accessing
platform-specific functionality.

`hashCode` requires that equal objects have the same hash code.
However it doesn't (and cannot) require that inequal objects have
different hash codes. Remove the invalid check.
This makes the test pass on dart2wasm, which currently implements
closure hash code as:
// Simple hash code for now, we can optimize later
@override
int get hashCode => runtimeType.hashCode;
Note: this change alone does not make the whole file pass with
dart2wasm, there's another (unrelated) issue which will be fixed
separately.

Mark tests that contain errors about using a class as a mixin to use
language version 2.19 where that's not an error.
This may not fix all of the tests because it's the language version of
the library where the class is declared that matters, not where the
class is used as a mixin. But most tests have all of their declarations
in the same library, so this should fix most.

This change improves the fallback exhaustiveness algorithm so that it
also takes advantage of the old, pre-patterns exhaustiveness logic for
enums. This ensures that the fallback exhaustiveness algorithm won't
seem like a regression to users who are used to the old pre-patterns
behaviour. This required extending the old algorithm to handle
new-style switch statements (which have a different representation
from classic switch statements in the CFE) as well as switch
expressions.
We also turn on the fallback exhaustiveness algorithm by default.
Unit tests can still disable it by temporarily setting the global
variable `useFallbackExhaustivenessAlgorithm` to `false`.
The hope is that this algorithm will be short-lived; we are just using
it so that if we decide to enable pattern support in the near future,
users will experience something that is sound. That is, it may
require `default` or `_` cases more often than is strictly necessary,
but it shouldn't ever allow a non-exhaustive switch in a place where
an exhaustive switch is required.

1) When 'break' is executed in the 'await for' loop (in 'main'),
the underlying stream subscription is canceled.
2) When async* function ('consume') has stopped at 'yield' or 'yield*',
and the stream is canceled, the 'yield' / 'yield*' statement returns
without an object. It also means that code in 'consume()' after
the loop is not executed and it doesn't append ")" to the log.
So the test expectations are fixed to avoid expecting trailing ")"
