Fix dart:html and other entries in CHANGELOG:

* Fixed big rendering bug where the entire CHANGELOG was indented at
  the dart:html bulleted list, because of an un-coded `<Object>`, which
  is an HTML tag. See
  5b1daaac6c/CHANGELOG.md
* Markdown link references were not referred to.
* Wrapped everything at 80-chars.
