Issue #1587: Added instancemethod wrapper for PyCFunctions. The Python C API

has gained a new type *PyInstanceMethod_Type* and the functions
*PyInstanceMethod_Check(o)*, *PyInstanceMethod_New(func)* and
*PyInstanceMethod_Function(im)*.
